knock em' dead taco salad (kinda)

2 cans of kidney beans
3/4 bottle of favorite vegan BBQ sauce (check labels)
1 pckg favorite chili season (or see second recipe)
shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
vegan sour cream
1 lb bag original fritos

In a slow cooker, throw in the beans, BBQ sauce, n' chili seasoning (if using recipe below, be very careful on the amount if you do not like spicy too much).
Cook until it is warmed thoroughly and your home smells of spices :)

Chili Seasoning
---------------
1 T chili powder
1 1/2 t cumin powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t ground red chili pepper
1/4 t dried oregano
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t unrefined sea salt
1/4 t black pepper
1/4 t cinnamon (optional)

Add all spices together in an airtight container. Place lid on tight, and shake hard to mix thoroughly.
